General terms and conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the website www.sweetstartbaby.com (hereinafter 'the website'). By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Offer

All offers on the website are non-binding. We reserve the right to change products and prices at any time. In case of obvious errors in the offers, we may cancel the delivery or the agreement.

4. Order and Conclusion of Agreement

A contract is concluded when the customer places the order and it is confirmed by us. The customer receives a confirmation via e-mail.

5. Prices

All prices stated are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately during the ordering process and are at the customer's expense unless otherwise indicated.

6. Payment

Payment can be made through the payment methods available on the website, including credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. The customer is responsible for timely payment.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. We aim to deliver orders within 2-5 working days, but delays may occur. In case of delayed delivery, the customer will be notified.

8. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods, as stipulated by Belgian consumer protection legislation.

- The customer must notify us of the cancellation by e-mail and return the goods unopened and in their original condition and box within 14 days of notification.

- All returns are at the customer's expense, except in the case of wrong or defective products.

9. Complaints

The customer is obliged to check the delivered products immediately upon receipt. In the event of visible defects or faulty deliveries, the customer must contact our customer service department within 2 working days at service@sweetstartbaby.com, including photos to substantiate the complaint. Complaints are handled in accordance with Belgian law.

10. Liability

We shall not be liable for damage resulting from the incorrect use of the products or in the event of insufficient compliance with the instructions for use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant products.

11. Privacy

We respect the privacy of our customers and act in accordance with Belgian privacy legislation (GDPR). Personal data is only collected for order processing and customer service purposes. Customers can request access to, rectification or deletion of their data at any time. Data is not passed on to third parties without the customer's consent.

12. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, only the courts of [place] have jurisdiction.
